Research involves a lot of tiring work. Whenever you have the option, you will want to select a topic that you are very interested in or passionate about because it you are not, you will grow tired of it very quickly. The process of doing research for an assignment can take hours and extend over days and weeks. Take frequent breaks and back away from the computer to let the information have time to sink in and integrate with what you already know.

The Electronic Library of MN (ELM) is an excellent place for you to begin. ProQuest will be a great place to start your searching. Not only does the Electronic Library of MN offer access to ProQuest, but so does your county library system. If you go to your library's homepage you should be able to access ProQuest through them as well. If that does not work search for resources using Google Scholar.
